Strength Training sessions will be focused on isolating muscle groups. The sessions are broken into lower and upper body segments (push or pull workouts). Strength training is important for correcting muscular imbalances, maintaining strong postural muscles, and keeping the metabolism revved up to aid in your weight loss goals. HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Monday: 7am, 8:30am & 4:30pm
Friday: 7am & 8:30am
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is designed to torch calories while challenging your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Whether you are looking to lose weight or build lean muscle, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. Don't miss out on the next one.
CORE STRENGTH & STABILITY
Wednesday: 7am, 8:30am & 4:30pm
The Core Strength and Stability sessions help to improve balance, provide injury prevention, and increase overall physical performance. This core circuit will not only push your muscles to the limit, it will burn plenty of calories along the way!
